How To Help Fox Tales Florida

There are many ways to support our mission of surrendering captive-bred pet foxes. We don’t breed foxes. We rescue them and take care of their lives and health. This requires continuous financial support and a labor of love. We depend on our generous sponsors, donors, and volunteers to continue our work.

FOX TALES FLORIDA TOURS

Come Visit Us!

Fox Tales Florida offers tours of our facility. Each tour costs $25 per person, with a maximum group size of 6. Tours are approximately one hour and 15 minutes long and are guided by a Fox Tales Florida staff member. During the tour you will meet all of our resident foxes, learn about their histories and what brought them to live out their life at Fox Tales Florida. You will have the chance to feed eggs to the foxes during the tour but please note that the animals will take part in the tour at their own discretion. You can bring up to 60 eggs to feed the foxes during your visit. Eggs need to be raw and in the shell. Eggs are a high value item and offering eggs will increase the likelihood of interactions.

Fox Tales Florida is a 501c3 nonprofit. All proceeds go to the direct support of the foxes and the sanctuary.

Tours take place by appointment only and must be prescheduled through the email below. Tours must be booked in advance as we are a private facility. Tours are conducted Monday-Wednesday at 11 a.m. and every other Saturday. Saturday tours book out several weeks in advance so please plan accordingly.

Please understand that this is not a petting zoo and that these are sensitive, unpredictable animals. Many have been taken out of horrible situations. Your tour guide will tell you when and if it is safe to interact. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times. Behaviors that cause these animals stress will not be tolerated!

Please contact us by email at robyn@robynsusan.com to book your tour.  For ease of scheduling, please have a date range and/or a preferred day in mind. Tours are conducted Monday-Wednesday at 11 a.m. and every other Saturday.  This will help us narrow down an appropriate schedule based upon your needs.
